The Statewide Workforce Education Manager supports statewide implementation and coordination of Workforce Pell capacity-building activities across participating Mississippi community colleges. This position serves as a central point of coordination among AccelerateMS, participating institutions, workforce system partners, employer partners, and other state stakeholders to support the effective operationalization of Workforce Pell.

AccelerateMS is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to lead statewide workforce initiatives, collaborate with industry and education partners, and help drive innovative training solutions that prepare Mississippians for high-demand careers.
