We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Quality Engineer – Assembly Process to join our team. The Sr Quality Engineer will contribute to the development, design, and support of the assembly process within battery cell manufacturing. This role will support the planning, development, testing and commissioning of over 700 pieces of manufacturing equipment alongside Manufacturing Engineering partners.
In the near-term, heavy focus will be placed on working with our partners domestic and international with a focus on proper quality controls, risk mitigations, FMEA development, as well as any other key quality criteria to create and support robust manufacturing processes.
After implementation of the equipment, responsibilities will transition into supporting the day-to-day quality operations and continuous improvement of the process.
The Sr. Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality of the cell assembly processes, including electrode cutting, stacking, welding, and electrolyte fill.
This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing engineering and production teams to ensure process stability, product consistency, and compliance with stringent quality standards.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Quality Management Systems Engineer to join our team. The Sr Quality Management Systems Engineer will help establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) as we scale our operations.

The Quality Engineering Manager will be accountable for various KPI’s with focus on schedule and cost in the near term and then safety, yield, first time right (FTR), NC/CAPA and other quality focused KPI’s.
In this role, you will be expected to facilitate, collaborate, drive and steer across multiple project partners as well as our international partners.

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Lead Supervisor, providing administrative support to the leadership team and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, including international travel and meetings.
- Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and maintaining calendars for the Leadership team.
- Assist with auditing and processing expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and conference call setups.
- Drafts reports, letters, and proposals on behalf of the Leadership Team.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events, workshops, and leadership retreats under the guidance of the Lead Supervisor.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication on behalf of the leadership team and Lead Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience providing support for upper-level management in a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion and manage confidential information.
