AccelerateMS Announces Two New Hires

JACKSON, MS — AccelerateMS, Mississippi’s premier office for workforce development strategy and coordination, is excited to welcome two dynamic professionals to its team: Meghan Kaminsky-Rogers as Recruiting Manager and Jeremiah Willis as Special Populations Strategy Manager. 

Meghan Kaminsky-Rogers will spearhead the development and execution of innovative recruiting strategies that bolster economic growth across the state. In her role, she will collaborate with employers, educational institutions, and staffing services to design tailored recruiting solutions for Mississippi’s new and expanding companies. 

Kaminsky-Rogers brings over two decades of expertise in the recruiting field, most recently serving as Recruiting Manager at Kelly Services, a leading human resources consulting firm. Her career also includes leadership roles in recruitment process outsourcing at AMN Healthcare and as a Lead Recruiter at PeopleScout.  

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Business from Southwestern College in Wichita, Kansas. 

Jeremiah Willis will focus on researching and developing targeted strategies and programs to address the unique needs of diverse and underserved populations across Mississippi. His focus will be on supporting groups with key occupational barriers such as justice-involved individuals, veterans, disabled individuals, and single parents in Mississippi. 

Before joining AccelerateMS, Willis honed his skills as a CRM Marketing Specialist at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he applied research to drive data-informed decision-making across the campus. His experience also includes time with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Tuscaloosa Marine Shale Laboratory, where he researched workforce-related economic impacts in Mississippi and Louisiana.  

Willis holds a Master of Science in Economic Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
