ICYMI – Bollinger Mississippi celebrated the graduation of the inaugural class from its Shipfitter Boot Camp. This 12-week training program allows participants to “Earn While They Learn,” providing both hands-on experience and a pathway to rewarding careers.

“We’re always excited about partnerships like this, where education and industry align,” said Edward Hargrove, Federal Project Manager with #AccelerateMS. “The collaboration between Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and Bollinger Mississippi is a great example of how short-term training programs can rapidly prepare Mississippians for jobs that offer both a livable wage and opportunities for growth.”
